Take Home Reading Folders:

Thanks so much for your support and consistency in reading, signing, and sending back your child’s reading folder.  They come in so excited about being able to have read their book all by themselves! 

Book Order:

I sent home the May Book Order with you child last week.  If you would like to order from this book order, please have your order in to me by Friday, May 25. Please let me know if you would like another copy of the flyers, or if you need more information about ordering online.  Our classroom online code is: DWNVD, and the website is www.scholastic.com/bookclubs.  This is the last book order for this year.

Field Trip

Thank you for all of the permission slips and monies that we have already received.  If you have not sent your child’s slip in, please be sure to do that soon as our trip is next week Tuesday, May 22. The busses will leave at 8:30 am, and will be returning to school by 2:30 pm so that the students will still get their recess that day and have some time to get packed up before getting back on the busses to go home.  Please send a cold lunch in disposable containers to school with your child that day. Thank you also for all of those who volunteered to chaperone!  We do already have the 8 chaperones needed, but if there is a cancellation, I will be sure to let you know!

Spring Program

Our Kindergarten spring program will be on Tuesday, May 29 at 1:30pm.
