Hello
All!
I hope
you are staying warm in this cold and snowy weather we’re having right
now! The kiddos sure are enjoying their
time outside to play in it though! With the weather in mind, please be sure
that your child has ALL necessary outside clothing to play in the snow each day. Please also remember to send shoes to
school so they don’t have to clomp around in their boots all day. J
Here are a few notes from the Dates to Remember section:
Our Elementary Christmas
program will be Monday, December 15.
Students should arrive at 6:40, and the program begins at 7. Please have your child dressed in their nicest
clothes.
2nd Grade
Santa’s Workshop will be on Tuesday, December 16. The 2nd grade classes will be
rotating to each of the three classrooms to create special Christmas gifts and
activities to take home to their families.
There will be more information coming.
Our Classroom Christmas
Party will be on Thursday, December 18. We
ask that each child takes in a $3-$5 gift.
The girls should bring a gift for a girl, and the boys a gift for a
boy. Please be mindful of the dollar
amount of the gift you purchase. If the
gift costs $5.50, please ask your child to choose something else. Going above or below the range can lead to
hurt feelings in during the party. Thank
you for your help!!
There will be more
information on school and classroom Christmas events coming home when all of
the details get worked out. Please be
looking for these notes, and I’ll keep you posted here as well.
